This is an early 1950's vintage dress in a black and white wool blend with a pretty linen "dickie" or collar insert and cuffs, and a red bow. This dress is missing its original belt so we are showing that you can wear it with a simple red ribbon. you could also use any simple black belt you own, or wear it without a belt - the fit is so sublime!  

This dress has been hemmed 3" so you can let the hem out if you'd prefer it to be longer. The dress has a back metal zipper and the only "flaws" I can find are tiny pricks to the lining only. The label reads; Florence Hubbard Woods, Ill.
